description:	Locations of traffic signal maintained by Transtar for the City of Houston. GISTD obtained this geocoded point layer from TRANSTAR on July 2011. There are about 2400 points. 700 signal points were more than 50 feet off the street intersection locations. The Data Development team of GISTD modified those signal points to proper intersection locations. Asset_ID and IntersectionID can be used to link back to TRANSTAR database. Flag field - Y: signals in original TRANSTAR location \| O: signals modified to street intersection \| C: signals location questionable \| : signals outside of City of Houston limit. (9/1/2011)
